For over fifteen years, Lindsay Perry has been providing access consultancy services throughout Australia. She is a registered architect, qualified access consultant and livable housing assessor holding a Bachelor degree in Architecture and a Master of Disability Studies.

These qualifications offer a sound basis to provide advice regarding access to premises for persons with a disability.


Lindsay is experienced in a wide range of projects including Commercial and Office Buildings, Aged Care and SEPP Housing for Seniors and People with Disabilities, Healthcare, Industrial, Retail, Housing, Hospitality and Heritage.

The scope of these projects spans from small retail fit-outs to high-rise commercial and residential developments. Lindsay’s experience is extensive having worked across five states and territories throughout Australia as well as at the international level.


Access Audits of Existing Buildings, Preparation of Disability Action Plans, Appraisals of Building Plans for Proposed Development, General Advice, Expert Witness, Alternate Solutions and Training Packages.


Lindsay is committed to ensuring that accessible environments are created that will improve the quality of life for the community as a whole and considers a wide range of disabilities in her work.

She has adopted a best practice, performance based approach to access. All advice is based on project specifics and takes into account various factors such as site topography, heritage and existing site conditions.  


Lindsay is fully insured having Professional Indemnity and Public Liability policies.

As a sole practitioner, Lindsay has complete control over her quality of work and endeavours to maintain a very high standard through continuing professional development in both architectural and access disciplines.
